* Superior Car Wash Supply is committed to provide the lowest price on our offered items. To be able to offer this price we only allow to order items in the case pack they come in - the pricing on the site is per 1 unit in the case pack - customers are required to order in multiples of each item case pack. For example - if an item cost is $1.00, and this item comes in a case pack of 6 -the website will only allow you to order 6 units for a total cost of $6.00.Ordering in Case pack quantity allows us to maintain low prices for our customers.
Superior Car Wash Supply Accepts Returns of Purchased Items Under the Following Terms:
- Customers in Tennessee will be charged State Tax on all orders - We will contact you for Tax Payment arrangement.
- All returned products requests require a return goods authorization number. Contact us to obtain an RGA number.
- Shortages or damaged goods must be reported with 7 days of order delivery.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice sent with the order.
- Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Superior Car Wash Supply will not accept returns freight collect.
- Products to be returned should be carefully packed and include the original invoice.
- Credit will be issued after verification of merchandise is received.
- No credit will be issued for used items.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Merchandise returns of will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Display Fixtures will not be sold without an order for products to fill those fixtures - Orders for empty fixtures will not be processed.
Order Cancellation:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order without notice in case a credit card charge is flagged as suspicious by the credit card processing company.
